THE ORGANIZATION COLLABORATES WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND USES PROVEN, INTENTIONAL METHODS LIKE HOUSING FIRST, BECAUSE EVERY FAMILY AND EVERY PERSON DESERVES A HOME. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES BOTH ADA AND CANYON COUNTIES IN IDAHO. THE ORGANIZATIONS IS FUNDED BY FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS AND CONTRACTS, DONATIONS AND GRANTS FROM BUSINESSES, FOUNDATIONS, AND NON-PROFITS, AS WE AS INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS.

The activities of the are exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The activities engaged in to achieve this charitable purpose include the personal solicitation of donations in the area of Jackson, Idaho and from the community within the U.S., to provide resources to individuals and other charitable organizations deemed needy by the board of directors. The primary focus will be to provide relief, give hope to the poor and the needy, and to help provide and encourage education to those of lesser means. This may be local to anywhere in the World. Initially efforts will be focused in Zimbabwe Africa, Guatemala, and Brazil.

THROUGH THE PROGRAM, KYNI BRINGS HOPE TO PEOPLE WHO, WITHOUT HELP FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU, HAVE NO WAY OF HELPING THEMSELVES. THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE LITERALLY ENTRAPPED BY POVERTY. THEY LIVE DAY IN AND DAY OUT WITH NO OTHER GOAL THAN TO KEEP THEMSELVES ALIVE FOR ANOTHER DAY. THERE IS NO THOUGHT OF EDUCATION, CAREER, OR EVEN OF IMPROVING THE LIFE THEY HAVE. THERE IS NO HOPE. WHEN YOU GIVE TO , YOUR DONATION IS USED TO BRING HOPE TO CHILDREN IN NEED BY IMPROVING ACCESS TO NUTRITION, SANITATION, AND EDUCATION. WITH THE HELP OF DONATIONS LIKE YOURS, KYNI BUILDS AND IMPROVES SCHOOLS, PROVIDES SANITATION TRAINING, SUPPLIES, AND FACILITIES FOR ENTIRE COMMUNITIES, AND DELIVERS LIFE-SUSTAINING NUTRITION TO AREAS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD THAT ARE STRUGGLING WITH POVERTY OR NATURAL DISASTERS.

PROMOTE FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THE ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION WITH DUES LODGE DONATIONS, THE ELKS NATIONALY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, LOCAL AREA YOUTH ACTIVITIES, THE AWARDING OF COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO AREA HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES, THE DISTRIBTUION OF DICTIONARIES TO ELEMENTARY (3RD GRADE) SCHOOLS.

COLLECTS DONATIONS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO OTHER CHARITIES. IT ALSO CONDUCTS PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC TO FURTHER ITS MISSION.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS TO VARIOUS LOCAL AND REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT EDUCATION, CONSERVATION, HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND GENERAL COMMUNITY SUPPORT AS CHOSEN BY THE NON-PROFIT.

The provides scholarships to young people and makes donations to qualified nonprofit organizations in and around the City of Wallace, Idaho to support their charitable activities.

To direct all donations and other assets of value intended for the benefit of the Endowment ("Fund") to the Idaho Community , ("ICF") to be held invested by the ICF; and to determine the amount of yearly distribution from that fund to the Association.

DIRECT DONATIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS FOR USE IN THEIR GENERAL UNRESTRICTED ACTIVITIES , SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS, OR PROSELYTING ACTIVITES

The Association solicits employees of , () and CH2M-WG Idaho, (CWI), which are Idaho limited liability companies and the operators of Idaho National Laboratory, to donate funds to the association by salary deduction. The executive committee then allocates those funds to needy families and individuals selected from among the employee group. Those funds are distributed to employees and their families who are suffering sever financial hardships caused by medical emergencies, housing emergencies, or other disasters in a few cases. The Association also runs a program called Christmas for Families by collecting cash and in kind donations of goods (toys, clothes, groceries, .) for distribution to needy families for Christmas. Cash is used to purchase additional goods. All donations are distributed to families in the community selected by the board of directors and other volunteers.

THE PUBLIC SCHOOL IS AN ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1989 TO GENERATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND FACILITATE DONATIONS TO SUPPORT THE KIDS IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.
